My name is Jami Mays and I want to help you.

First, let me tell you a bit more about me. My generation was the first to have AOL on dialup internet at home. We have been steeped in technology our whole lives and our brains are wired differently than older generations. But I’m not a mindless millennial, I’m a married mother of two in my mid-thirties. I am, above all else, a problem solver. Once I sniff out a problem, my brain doesn’t rest until the solution presents itself.

I taught myself how to use the Adobe Creative Suite and have worked successfully as a designer for over 10 years. When my clients started to ask me how to use social media for their businesses, I dialed into my working knowledge of social media channels and folded in my experience with marketing in design. When my clients started asking about websites, I dove head first into WordPress development and taught myself everything I needed to know about themes, plugins, content creation and search engine optimization.

And I’m not done learning. I am a voracious reader and subscribe to dozens of thought leaders and am only slightly hooked on Facebook groups for connecting with my networks. I hope I’ll never be done learning.

Ultimately, I feel confident in telling you this: if you need something done and it’s got anything remotely to do with writing, design, websites, domains, emails… If I don’t know how to do it already, you better believe I’m going to figure it out.
